Show Announcements:
Please reserve your stalls by July 12. A stall map will be made prior to the move-in date.
An indoor warm-up area with footing will be available for competitors.
This show is SHF Prairie Cup approved. Horse and rider must be nominated to take part. Eligible classes include: 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 21, 23, 35, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48. Click here for more information.

There will be a raffle and Summer Series 50/50 tickets available.
Be prepared for these fundraising opportunities!The Prairieland Park concession will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days.
Please access Prairieland Park from St. Henry Ave. (West Entrance).
Ashley Woodvine is the official show photographer and will be taking photos during each run.
Each competitor is responsible for checking the eligibility requirements of each class before entering. This may include knowing your own and your horse’s NRHA and total reining earnings.

Stall Reservations and Class Entries:
1. Book stalls by email at: dalejginter@gmail.com. (Expect a reply confirming reservation within a day.)
Submit stall reservations by July 12. Payment does not need to be made with reservations.
Please Include:
The number of horse stalls and tack stalls.
Duration (Both days, just Saturday, just Sunday).
Party responsible for stalls and contact number.
2. Submit completed entry forms to Show Secretary Eryn Butterfield at: erynbutterfield@gmail.com.
Please complete one form per horse and rider combination and submit in Pdf format. (Fill in digitally or scan.)
If entering NRHA classes, please email a copy of the horse’s NRHA competition license along with the entry form.
Entries will continue to be accepted up to 8:45 of the day of the show. (No cancellation fees.)

Stalling fees at Prairieland Park:
Horse Stalls: $60.00 for the weekend or $30 per night.
(You must supply your own shavings. They can be purchased at Early’s on Lorne Ave.)Tack Stall: $20 per night.
Haul in fee: $20.00 per day. (Applies only if a stall is not purchased for a horse.)
The area around your trailer must be cleaned up prior to leaving.Environmental fee: $5 per horse. (Applicable for every horse that enters the facility property.)
Owners are responsible for cleaning out their stalls completely upon leaving.
Alternatively, you may choose to pay Prairieland Park for stall cleaning service. The cost for stall cleaning is $26.25 GST included. To purchase, please see Leigh Ann Hurlburt at her office inside the Arena building.

Arena Schedule:
Friday:
Move-in time begins after 12:00 PM, noon.
The arena will be open from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Circles on the hour, stops on the half-hour.
Please have the arena clear by 11:30 PM as the arena will be locked by Prairieland staff.
Saturday & Sunday:
The arena will be opened at 6:00 AM.
Open Riding will be allowed in the show pen from 6:00-7:25 AM.
The arena will be cleared at 7:25 AM to allow footing to be worked.Paid warm-ups will run from 7:30 to 9:00 AM (5 minutes each).
Open riding from 9:00-9:45 AM. Circles from 9:00-9:20. Stops from 9:20-9:45.
The arena will be cleared at 9:45 AM to allow footing to be worked.
The show starts at 10:00 AM. There will be a 1-hour lunch break.
Open riding will be allowed in the arena after the show until 11:30 PM.
