Sunday’s Paid Warm-up Schedule

Show Announcements:

Stalls must be booked by May 12. A stall map will be made prior to the move-in date.
Class entries can be made at any time with no cancellation fee.
Please enter by 8:45 AM for classes that day.
An indoor warm-up area with footing will be available for competitors.
We are in need of volunteers to run the gate! - SIGN UP HERE
There will be a raffle and Summer Series 50/50 tickets available. Be prepared for these fundraising opportunities!
The concession will be open from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Masks will be required while indoors due to SHA guidelines.
Please only bring essential personnel and family members. Outside spectators are strongly discouraged due to event limits imposed by the SHA.
Please access Prairieland Park from St. Henry Ave. (West Entrance).

Arena Schedule:

Friday:

Move-in time begins after 12:00 PM, noon.
The arena will be open from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Circles on the hour, stops on the half-hour.
Please have the arena clear by 11:30 PM as the arena will be locked by Prairieland staff.

Saturday:

Arena will be opened at 6:00 AM.
Open Riding will be allowed in the showpen from 6:00-7:45 AM.
Arena will be cleared at 7:45 AM to allow footing to be worked.
Paid warm-ups will run from 8:00 to 9:00 AM (5 minutes each).
Open riding from 9:00-9:45 AM. Circles from 9:00-9:20. Stops from 9:20-9:45.
Arena will be cleared at 9:45 AM to allow footing to be worked.
Show starts at 10:00 AM. There will be a 1 hour lunch break.
Open riding will be allowed in the after the show until 11:30 PM.

Sunday:

The morning schedule will be identical to Saturday, but the class order will be reversed.
(Ranch riding will still be the last class of the day)

Entry Fees:

Class Entry - $30.00 per class, except:
- Short Stirrup - No charge
- 1st Time Reiner - $10.00
- Para-Reining - $20.00
- Ranch Riding - $20.00
Paid Warm-up - $20.00 (5 minutes)
Judging Fee - $5.00 per run (concurrent classes pay only one judging fee)
Office Fee - $5.00 a horse per day of show

Stalling fees at Prairieland Park:

Stalls: $60.00 for the weekend or $30 per night. (You must supply your own shavings.)
Tack Stall: $20 per night.
Haul in fee: $20.00 per day. (Applies only if a stall is not purchased for a horse.)
The area around your trailer must be cleaned up prior to leaving.
Environmental fee: $5 per horse. (Applicable for every horse that enters the facility property.)

Owners are responsible for cleaning out their stalls completely upon leaving.
Alternatively, you may choose to pay Prairieland Park for stall cleaning service. The cost for stall cleaning is $26.25 GST included. To purchase, please see Leigh Ann Hurlburt at her office inside the Arena building.

Stalling and Class Entries:

1. Book stalls by email at: dalejginter@gmail.com.

Submit stall reservations by May 12. Payment does not need to be made with reservation.
Please Include:
- Number of horse stalls and tack stalls.
- Duration (Both days, just Saturday, just Sunday).
- Party responsible for stalls and contact number.

2. Submit entries using the Entry Form (fillable pdf).

Please fill out one form per horse and rider combination.

Entries will continue to be accepted up to 8:45 of the day of show. (No cancellation fees.)
