SRHA Summer Series: May Jackpot

Show Announcements:

  • Please review the new class list and schedule before entering. Also, please check your lifetime reining earnings (including SRHA, NRHA, and other reining money) before entering to make sure that you are eligible for the classes you enter.

  • Please enter your classes by the night before the show date. The entry deadline will be 8:00 AM for that day’s classes. Late entries will be subject to a $15 late fee per class. There are no fees for cancelling and entry fees paid will be refunded.

  • The Summer Series has a Walk-Trot class on Saturday only. Click here for more information.

  • Ranch Riding will run at the end of both days. Click here for more information.



  • Eligibility Changes:

    The eligibility for Ranch Reining has changed from $100 LTE in reining to $250 LTE in reining.

    Beginner Rider is replacing First Time Reiner, and is open to riders with <$50 LTE in reining.

  • We are in need of volunteers to run the gate. Sign up here.

  • Prairieland will not have a concession available for this show. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Classes, Rules and Eligibility

Arena Schedule:

Friday:

  • Move-in time begins after 12:00 PM, noon.

  • The arena will be open from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Circles on the hour, stops on the half-hour.

Saturday:

  • Arena will be opened at 6:00 AM.

  • Open Riding will be allowed in the showpen from 6:00-7:45 AM.
    Arena will be cleared at 7:45 AM to allow footing to be worked.

  • Paid warm-ups will run from 8:00 to 9:00 AM (5 minutes each).

  • Open riding from 9:00-9:45 AM. Circles from 9:00-9:20. Stops from 9:20-9:45.

    Arena will be cleared at 9:45 AM to allow footing to be worked.

  • Show starts at 10:00 AM. There will be a 1 hour lunch break.

  • Open riding will be allowed in the after the show until 12:00 AM.

Sunday:

  • The morning schedule will be identical to Saturday, but the class order will be reversed.

    (Ranch Riding will still be the last class of the day, and there is no Walk-Trot on Sunday.)

Entry Fees:

  • Class Entry - $30 per class, except:

    • Beginner Rider - $15

    • Short Stirrup - $20

    • Para-Reining - $20

    • Ranch Riding - $20

    • Walk-Trot - $0

  • Paid Warm-up - $25 (5 minutes)

  • Judging Fee - $10 per run (concurrent classes pay only one judging fee)

  • Office Fee - $5 a horse per day of show

Stalling fees at Prairieland Park:

  • Stalls: $80.00 for the weekend or $40 per night. (You must supply your own shavings.)

  • Tack Stall: $60.00 for the weekend or $40 per night.

  • Haul in fee: $30 per day. (Applies only if a stall is not purchased for a horse.)
    The area around your trailer must be cleaned up prior to leaving.

  • Environmental fee: $5 per horse. (Applicable for every horse that enters the facility property.)

  • Camping Spots - All camping spots must be pre-booked along with your stall at least 1 week before the show. Click here to view a parking map.

    • Serviced Camping fee: $40.00/night plus GST.

    • Limited Electrical only sites fee: $30.00/night plus GST.

Owners are responsible for cleaning out their stalls completely upon leaving.


Stalling and Class Entries:

1. Book stalls by email at: cfsginter@gmail.com.

  • Submit stall reservations by May 6. Payment does not need to be made with your reservation.

  • Please Include:

    • Number of horse stalls and tack stalls.

    • Duration (Both days, just Saturday, just Sunday).

    • Party responsible for stalls and contact number.

    • If an electrical or water & electrical serviced spot is needed.

2. Submit entries at the show or by using the online Entry Form.

  • Please fill out one form per horse and rider combination.

  • Entries will continue to be accepted up to 8:00 of the day of show. There are no cancellation fees.

  • Entries will be accepted after 8:00 AM, as long as the class has not yet started, but will be subject to a $15 late fee per class.

  • Be sure to book your stalls at least 1 week prior to the show in order to be placed on the stall map.
